We made a delicious polenta pizza tonight. Miatake mushrooms are our new favorite food, so we put them on the pizza, of course. Plus toasted pine nuts, and fresh arugula on top. Hooray for our house guest, Keera, for inspiring something fancier then mac&cheese!

Every Time I Feel The Shift

Made dinner pie last night in a burst of what some might call “kitchen cleaning avoidance”. I think I put too much salt in, but it was edible otherwise. The real question is, am I more likely to eat my leftovers now that they are encased in delicious pie crust?
