Today we went through an inspection at a property we are attempting to purchase. Talina took this shot, I think it makes the place look super pastoral… It helps that it was a gorgeous day!

Then we got home to Portland and discovered Hachi lounging in the bathtub. The heat ducts run under the tub in our apartment, so it gets nice and cozy… She approves.

Watson did this.
What’s important to note is the hanging bit of paper left on the roll (at right), and the complete absence of paper on the ground in front of the toilet. He pulled the entire roll off, then hauled it over to the litter box, where he then installed it properly.
If we could just teach him to use it* to wipe his butt, we’d really be making progress!
*(instead of the carpet… what are you, a dog!?)
Finished Product: cabled wristwarmers for Talina, just in time to pretend they’re birthday presents.
Last photo from Thanksgiving — Dad, deep in a book, sharing couch space with Watson while they both wait for dinner to arrive.

Hachi has a bit of an obsession with sleeping on my piles of laundry…

While the floor dries … yes, still… the bed is in a different position and the cats will not let me out of their sight.

My newest knitted creation sits next to Hachi, who does her best not to look confused. Its a dinosaur!

Spent all morning at the computer cleaning up 200G of music… my little furry family kept me company.

yes, they are actually touching.

those are my legs, keeping the peace in the middle.
